ONE LAST CATEGORY OF BEER YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER IF YOU HAVE LAGERING FACILITIES IS A VIENNA STYLE LAGER (OKTOBERFEST). THESE MUST BE FERMENTED @50-55F AND LAGERED A MONTH OR TWO.
